PLEASE NOTE: Ginte Zacharini allows returns or exchanges within a 14-day period.

If goods were damaged during transportation,  delivery person who handles your package has to issue a paper for you stating the damage which was done during the delivery. Please send us an email containing a copy of that statement with the pictures of the damage that was done so that we could find a solution.
