All the deliveries are handled to courier within 72 hours after receiving the payment confirmation.

The standard delivery in Europe takes from 9 to 15 working days depending on your country.

Standard delivery to United States takes from 10 to 15 days depending on your city.

​

Express delivery takes from 2 till 6 days depending on your country.

​

Original paintings are delivered to you door trough DHL/ UPS /DPD delivery companies.

Prints & other goods - if chosen "standard delivery"might be shipped trough Post office.

CUSTOMS DUTIES/TAXES: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Ginte Zacharini is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
